November 30th Construction Update

Phase 5 is now considered substantially complete and construction will come to a halt for the year due to cold temperatures. Construction will resume again in the spring once the temperature rises. A punch list will be given to the contractor for items that have not been completed in Phases 1, 2, 3, and 5. The contractor plans to start on some of the punch list items throughout the winter.
