The removals on Phase 1 have been completed as utilities will begin to get installed starting next week. Temporary watermain has been setup and is currently being tested for temporary water services. On Monday, the East side of Academy St and Third Ave water services will start to get installed followed by the West side which would get installed on Tuesday. Early next week there will be a water shutdown as they will be tying into the existing watermain on 2nd Avenue. Next week ASCO plans on installing the sanitary sewer in Phase 1 which will continue throughout the week. Removals are marked on Phase 2 and Saw cutting will start next week. Phase 2 will still remain open to traffic until a later date.
