Phase 4 is now substantially complete and the contractor plans to start seeding on August 15th.
Throughout this past week, the contractor has been installing underground utilities in which they will continue throughout next week. The contractor installed all of the sanitary sewer in Phase 6. Watermain installation will continue throughout the rest of the week followed by storm sewer early next week. As of now the contractor is estimating Phase 6 to be complete by early September.
